Supported Scheme Officer – Part-Time Vacancy

Salary: £16,622.79 (full time equivalent £27,704.66)

Location: Dudley

We are seeking a Supported Scheme Officer who will:

  • manage the scheme and to provide support to tenants to enable them to live independently with support, in a safe and secure environment.
  • manage volunteers.
  • act as a link for tenant with statutory and voluntary organisations.
  • assist the Senior Supported Housing Officer to organise and deliver the Customer Framework and required outcomes including working with various groups and providing support for meetings and events
  • be innovative with the ability to work on own initiative
  • communicate with excellence
  • have a proactive approach to problem solving
  • be committed to equal opportunities
  • work with flexibility including unsociable hours
  • be able to manage the Health & Wellbeing aspects of the role associated with working with older persons living at a retirement living scheme including discovering the death of a tenant
