Housing Officer – 1 Vacancy
Salary: £32,490.49 to 33,529.73 per annum

Plus, Essential Car User Allowance


We are seeking 1 Housing Officer who is:

▪ Able to deliver on income management ensuring that income of the business is maximised
▪ Able to deliver on key performance targets
▪ Able to manage a patch of approximately 400 properties
▪ Innovative and ability to work on own initiative
▪ An excellent communicator
▪ Proactive in their approach to problem solving
▪ Committed to equal opportunities
▪ Flexible to work unsociable hours
▪ Minimal tenant dispute/ tenancy breach handling
▪ Knowledge of income management or debt management
▪ Experienced in Housing Management – desirable
▪ Full current driving license and access to a car for work

Senior Supported Housing Officer
Salary: £38,889.77 per annum
Plus Essential Car User Allowance

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Supported Housing Officer to join our organisation. Your role will be to manage the provision of our supported housing schemes for older/vulnerable residents across a number of local authorities

  • You will have current and extensive knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations related to social care
  • Have extensive and current knowledge of staff performance monitoring
  • Experience of managing Supported Housing funded contracts
  • Have a current Enhanced DBS check
  • Have experience with working with older tenants (55+) in supported housing

Supported Scheme Officer – Part-Time Vacancy Salary: £16,138.63 (full time equivalent £26,897.72) Location: Dudley

We are seeking a Supported Scheme Officer who will:

  • To manage the scheme and to provide support to Customers to enable them to live independently with support, in a safe and secure environment.
  • To manage volunteers.
  • To act as a link for Customers with statutory and voluntary organisations.
  • To assist the Senior Supported Housing Officer to organise and deliver the Customer Framework and required outcomes including working with various groups and providing support for meetings and events
  • be innovative with the ability to work on own initiative
  • communicate with excellence
  • have a proactive approach to problem solving
  • be committed to equal opportunities
  • work with flexibility including unsociable hours
  • be able to manage the Health & Wellbeing aspects of the role associated with working with older persons living at a retirement living scheme
