New Year New Website For Nehemiah

We hope you are loving our new website which is providing a more modern look and feel.

The goal for the updated website is to provide a more user-friendly experience, allowing both existing and prospective tenants to find it easier and quicker to access the information they require. We have achieved this by making the content more accessible, improving usability across multiple devices, and improved the content site-wide.

It is split into simple sections entitled:

• Your Home – where you will find things such as information on your tenancy, how to report a repair, how to pay your rent, tenant wellbeing and how to get involved with Nehemiah.
• Find a Home – for those looking for a home – you will find details on our retirement schemes, mutual exchanges, homes to rent and supported housing.
• About Us – All our policies and procedures, annual reports and information on our staff can be found in the About Us section.
• News – For all the latest updates and news from Nehemiah Housing
• Contact – For all our contact details

The website will be regularly updated with new content, news items and social media posts – recent items added include information on how to prevent damp and mould in your home and assistance with the cost of living crisis including where to find your nearest food bank.

You can now log into your rent account on the new website.

In order to log into your rent account via the my account button on the home page you will need to have a valid email (which is linked to your Sassha account) and your tenancy reference number in order to register.
