Come Together For Tpas National Scrutiny Week

Posted on: 11 Oct 24

Nehemiah is delighted to support Tpas National Scrutiny Week 2024, taking place between 14 – 18 October.

Run by Tpas, the tenant engagement experts, this year’s event follows 4 years of popular Scrutiny Week to become an expanded version of itself with the inaugural National Involvement Week.

What Is Tpas National Scrutiny Week?

This week is dedicated to raising awareness and celebrating all forms of tenant, resident, and customer-led involvement – whether that is at grassroots or boardroom level. The week-long event marks the importance of involvement, and the positive changes engagement brings to communities, services and people’s lives.

Join In This Scrutiny Week

We want as many of our tenants as possible to get involved and join in with this year’s National Scrutiny Week activities.

Our Customer Engagement Officer Marcia Cunnison has attended several workshops at the conference from tracking the impact of scrutiny to scrutinising the new consumer standards. There has been lots of interesting discussions and learning points

At Nehemiah, we aren’t solely committed to providing safe, comfortable and affordable housing within a supportive community – but also to tenant-led scrutiny. This is why we devote a great deal of time to tenant-centred initiatives such as our tenant-led policy review panel that assesses all our policies and procedures.

This week is the ideal opportunity to come together and celebrate the positive impact that tenant-driven involvement and engagement has on our communities and wider society.

For further information on Tpas National Scrutiny Week, you can contact your Housing Officer, or call us on 0121 358 0966 or email contact@nehemiah.co.uk and we will be happy to help.
