Update to Our Repairs Call Centre – From 1st October 2025

Please note that from Wednesday, 1st October 2025, there will be a new call centre handling all repair calls on behalf of Nehemiah Housing Association.

There is no change to the number you need to call or the level of service you receive. However, when you ring the repairs line, you will now hear a brief automated message before being connected to an operator.

This message will:

  • Provide important emergency contact information – for example, what to do if you smell gas, experience a full electricity outage, or face a life-threatening emergency.
  • Let you know that all calls will be recorded for monitoring and training purposes.

We’re committed to providing a smooth and helpful service, and this small change is part of ensuring your call is handled as safely and efficiently as possible.

Please remember in order to report a repair you must telephone the repair line.
From a landline: FREEPHONE 0800 849 1400
From a mobile: 03030 30 1000
*Calls to 03030 numbers cost the same as a normal land line number (even from a mobile), or are completely free if the caller has free minutes within their mobile phone tariff.
