Since July 15, 2025, Nehemiah Housing tenants have had access to a brand-new online Tenant Portal — but so far only a relatively small number of you have signed up and we want to encourage more people. Now’s the perfect time to jump in and make the most of it.
Why you should sign up
Here are the key benefits of the portal:
- View your rent charges and balance online — no more waiting for a letter or holding on the phone.
- Make changes to your household through the portal (so you don’t have to call).
- Coming soon: you’ll be able to report repairs and check repair status via the portal.
- Make payments via Allpay online.
- Access letters and other recent documents that have been sent to you.
- Use the portal at any time, even when the office is closed — helping you manage things at your convenience.
- By signing up you’ll help Nehemiah reduce paper letters and phone calls — a win for the environment and for efficiency.
