National Tenants Conference 2025

Marcia Cunnison our Community Partnership & Engagement Officer is attending the TPAS National Tenants Conference together with Nehemiah Tenant and, Chair of the Nehemiah Scrutiny Panel Sheron.

Taking place in Coventry on 9 and 10 July 2025, the theme for this year’s conference is “The Culture Shift?” – Is New Regulation Creating Real Respect in Social Housing? Over a year into this new era of regulation, the conference will ask a critical question:

Are these changes driving real cultural transformation — where fairness, respect, and genuine listening to tenants aren’t optional, but expected?

Through workshops, discussion, and shared learning, the conference aims to unpack what’s changed, what hasn’t, and what still needs to shift.

Throughout the two days Marcia and Sheron will be attending various workshops and seminars and will feed back to the scrutiny panel and the Nehemiah team any important updates and ideas for good practice..
