Everyone Has the Right to Feel Safe at Home

Posted on: 15 Sep 25

At Nehemiah, we are committed to building safe, respectful, and inclusive communities where every tenant feels secure in their home and neighbourhood.

Sadly, hate crime continues to affect many communities across the UK, with people of colour, religious minorities, and LGBTQ+ individuals among those most impacted. These incidents—whether verbal abuse, threats, damage to property, or online bullying—are deeply harmful and will not be tolerated.

We want to reassure our tenants: you are not alone, and we are here to listen, act, and support you.

Our Harassment and Hate Crime Policy outlines how we respond to incidents and support victims, to read our policy CLICK HERE.
