Your Housing, Your Way

We understand our tenants have busy lives, which is why we have plenty of opportunities available for individuals to get involved from the comfort of their own homes.

With your input, contributions and feedback, we can continue to improve the housing and services we provide for all our tenants – and create the supportive communities we’re proud of and happy to live in.

Get Involved For The Benefit Of All

There are many ways to get involved with Nehemiah and help to shape our future – and all on your terms and from the comfort of your home.

By completing our surveys, you help us to understand the areas we’re doing well and those that we need to improve.

This typically involves selecting topics for discussion and having the opportunity to ask questions regarding service delivery and to offer any suggestions for improvement, before producing an action plan for further enhancement to the service delivered.

You can mystery shop our services by phone and then let us know how we’re doing and the areas in need of improvement.

There’s lots you can give your feedback on from the comfort of your home, from proofreading potential materials for tenants to check they’re easy to read and tenant friendly, through to reviewing publications and policies.

By completing our surveys, you help us to understand the areas we’re doing well and those that we need to improve.
