Tenant Portal Changes

We are now introducing a new Tenant Portal but, before we go live, the current portal that some tenants use here will be unavailable whilst we carry out work on developing the new portal. This will happen from 30th June 2024. If you require any assistance or have any questions about accessing your account, please contact the office on 0121 358 0966 or your housing officer.

Please remember if your query is about a repair please use the repair line as phoning the office will only delay matters.

In order to report a repair you must telephone the repair line.
From a landline: FREEPHONE 0800 849 1400
From a mobile: 03030 30 1000
*Calls to 03030 numbers cost the same as a normal land line number (even from a mobile), or are completely free if the caller has free minutes within their mobile phone tariff.

The above number must also be used to report out of hours/ emergency repairs. We are unable to log repairs at our head office.

Tenant Consultation

To ensure the new portal is created with your views, we will be undertaking a consultation with tenants who are part of our tenants panel. We will be discussing with them what tenants may want from the portal including enabling tenants to manage their tenancy, request repairs, make rent payments and view tenancy documents online.

The new tenants portal will be designed to make your life as a Nehemiah Housing tenant easier.
