As we start 2025 we have just produced our latest newsletter which can be found here to download

  1. Tenant Engagement and Involvement: Looking at the importance of tenant feedback and involvement in decision-making processes, as highlighted by Marcia Cunnison’s role and the Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM). ​
  2. Service Improvements and Maintenance: Discussing upgrades to heating systems, the importance of attending repair appointments, and the impact of tenant feedback on service improvements. ​
  3. Community and Partnership: Building closer partnerships with community organisations and encouraging tenant participation in community activities and events. ​
  4. Noise and Parking Issues: Addressing common tenant concerns about noise and parking, and promoting respectful and considerate behavior among neighbours. ​
  5. Antisocial Behavior and Safety: Matthew Warren’s role in handling anti-social behavior and safeguarding matters to ensure tenant safety. ​

  7. Digital Skills and Learning: Highlighting the success of McCalla House retirement scheme residents in completing a basic digital skills course and plans to offer more training sessions. ​
