It's The National Tenant Scrutiny Conference 2025

Tenants, residents and customers across the UK today joining the Tpas National Scrutiny Conference 2025, taking place at Loughborough University Conference Centre in the East Midlands.

Nehemiah is a proud supporter of Tpas, the tenant engagement experts and organisers of this one-day event. The conference is dedicated to raising awareness and celebrating all forms of involvement by tenants, residents and customers – it is by engaging in whichever ways individuals can that Tpas helps drive positive changes to communities and people’s lives.

What Is The National Scrutiny Conference 2025?

Taking the place of the usual, annual National Scrutiny Week, this year’s Natonal Scrutiny Conference runs from 9am until 4pm on the 7th October in Loughborough.

Across the day, there will be inspiring talks, and opportunities for learning, sharing and networking.

Topics covered during the event include twenty-first century tenant scrutiny, young people and scrutiny, and scrutiny in local authorities. You can read about the activities and talks scheduled for the conference, here.

Entitled Scrutiny Unlocked 2025, the conference has been created for both newbies and pros of scrutiny, and all tenants are invited to attend and share, learn and shape the future of housing together.

The only national conference dedicated to tenant-, resident- and customer-led scrutiny, the National Scrutiny Conference is the ideal opportunity for our tenants to hear ideas, debate ideas, and be inspired to make a difference to the future of tenant scrutiny and housing.
