New Tenant Portal Launched

We are delighted to be able to offer Nehemiah tenants a brand new online portal, which gives you more information about your tenancy.

From 15 July 2025 the new portal has gone live and can be accessed at any time. On the portal you’ll have the chance to view your rent account, make changes to your household without having to lift the phone. We will be rolling out additional functions over the next few months so that eventually you can also use the portal to report repairs.

On the portal you will be able to:

  • View your rent charges and balance
  • Make changes to your household
  • Report a repair – coming soon
  • View your repairs status – coming soon
  • Make payments via Allpay

The portal allows you to complete a number of tasks when the office is closed (e.g. reporting repairs) and also view letters and other documents we have recently sent out to you.

By signing up to the portal, you can help us reduce the amount of paper we send you (e.g. letters) and reduce time spent on the phone.

You will receive a letter or email about signing up to the new tenants portal.

We’ve designed an easy How to Guide which includes step-by-step instructions on how to set up your account as well as how to use your online Nehemiah account.

Once you have started to use the Tenants Portal we would love to receive your feedback and you can do that here You will also have the chance of winning a £50 voucher.
