Rising Energy Costs – We’re Here To Help
Posted on: 06 Jul 26
Even though the sun is shining and many people might not be thinking about home heating, the announcement on 1 July about the energy price cap increase, has caused stress and concern for many households – if you’re one of those affected, the good news is we’re here to help.
We understand that everything has increased in price and even costs for essentials like food, housing and transport remain high. It only takes a small increase to energy costs to make budgeting and managing finances more difficult.
The energy price cap in Great Britain rose by roughly 13% on July 1, 2026. For a household with typical usage paying by direct debit, the cap is now £1,663 per year.
You don’t have to struggle alone, though, as Nehemiah is here to help.
Together, we will help you to:
- Manage your energy costs
- Understand the options open to you
- Access the right support
