Thank You for Sharing Your Views
We would like to thank every tenant who took the time to complete our independent Tenant Satisfaction Survey. Your feedback gives us a clear understanding of what we’re doing well and where we need to improve.
The Tenant Satisfaction Measures are set by the Regulator of Social Housing and help tenants compare how housing providers are performing across key areas such as repairs, communication, safety, complaints and neighbourhood management. The results also help us focus on the things that matter most to you.
You Said. We Listened. Come and Hear the Results.
We would like to invite you to an online Microsoft Teams meeting to discuss the results of the survey and hear your views on the findings. The meeting will be led by Marcia Cunnison and Manjit Sanghera from our community partnership and engagement team.
Date: Wednesday 22 July 2026
Time: 6:30pm – 7:30pm
Location: Microsoft Teams
This meeting is an opportunity to:
- Hear the key findings from the TSM survey.
- Learn what tenants told us about our services.
- Find out what actions we plan to take in response to your feedback.
- Ask questions and share your thoughts.
- Help shape future service improvements at Nehemiah Housing.
